This smoothie recipe features 3 primary ingredients. However, smoothies are wonderful because they are entirely customizable. Below, we will share the basic ingredients and how to blend them to make this delightful smoothie. However, feel free to add some spinach, protein powder, or nuts.


  • 1 cup Zimmerman’s Dairy Lemonade
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (or lemon or strawberry)
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries


  1. Add Zimmerman’s Dairy Lemonade, yogurt, and strawberries (and other ingredients of choice) to a high-powered blender
  2. Blend on high until the desired consistency is reached. (Add a little more juice if the smoothie is too thick, or a little more frozen strawberries if it is too thin)
